Brand facts
OneArtSource in plain facts
The short version of who we are and how we work.
- What we are
- An online shop for hand-painted oil reproductions of famous paintings, and custom oil paintings from a photo.
- Website
- oneartsource.com
- Catalogue
- Any public domain painting, from the early Renaissance to early modern art. If it’s public domain, we paint it.
- How they are made
- Painted by hand in oil on canvas, one order at a time.
- What we paint
- Paintings in the public domain, meaning their copyright has expired. We do not reproduce works still under copyright.
- Prices
- Start at $249 for the smallest size on rolled canvas. The price depends on size and finish, and bigger canvases always cost more than smaller ones. On every painting in the catalogue, framing costs less than the painting itself.
- Finishes
- Rolled canvas, stretched canvas or framed. Stretched and framed go up to 24 × 36 in (60 × 90 cm). Frame colours: black, black and gold, gold, silver, white and silver. Compare the finishes.
- Painting time
- 3 to 4 weeks.
- Delivery
- Free worldwide shipping, tracked. 4 to 10 working days to most countries. Import duties: where a country charges them, you pay them on delivery. We do not add them at checkout.
- The approval promise
- We send a photo of the finished painting before it ships. Please reply within 2 days. With no reply, we send a reminder after 2 days, call or message you on day 3 and send a last notice on day 5. On day 7 it ships as shown.
- Changes
- If something in the approval photo is not right, we change it before it ships. The 7 days start again with the new photo.
- Returns
- 90 days from delivery, full refund. If you change your mind, the return postage is yours. If the painting arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay it. See returns and refunds.
- Commissions
- From your photo, or any public domain painting that is not in the catalogue. Any size from 20 to 200 cm, prices start at $249. The price shows on screen in about 10 seconds, with no email needed. Nothing is paid until you agree the price; then you pay in full and the painter starts. Get your price.
- Sizes
- Painted to the size you want, in the painting’s own proportions, or adapted to another shape on request. Stretched and framed up to 60 × 90 cm (24 × 36 in); bigger sizes ship rolled in a tube. Want a different shape or an exact size? Email contact@oneartsource.com and we’ll adapt it to fit.
- Warranty
- Limited lifetime warranty. It covers the original buyer for as long as they own the painting, against faults in the materials or the making. Read the warranty.
