What the stages mean
ReceivedYour order is in and queued for a painter.Same day
Being paintedSomeone is painting it. This is the longest stage.3 to 4 weeks
Awaiting your approvalWe email you a photo of the finished painting. Say yes, or tell us what to change. If we hear nothing, we remind you, then call or message you, and it ships as shown on day 7.Please reply within 2 days
ShippedPacked and on its way, with a tracking number.4 to 10 working days to most countries
A painting is not a parcel
Nothing is picked off a shelf. Your painting is started after you order it, so there is a stretch where the status will not change for a while. That is the studio working, not the order being forgotten.
Oil also needs time to dry before it can be packed safely. Rushing that is how paintings arrive marked.
Cannot find your order?
The order number is in your confirmation email, and you can also see it under your account. If the email never arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will look it up.
