What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, and the details of what you ordered. We also record the IP address and browser used to place the order, which helps us detect fraud.

If you create an account we store your login details and order history. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you properly.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes card data directly.

Sharing your details with our painting studio

This is the most important thing to understand about how we work.

Every painting is made to order. When you buy, your name and delivery address go to the studio that paints your order and the courier that delivers it. Without this, we could not deliver your painting.

Only the information needed for fulfilment and delivery is shared. Your payment details are never shared with them.

This means your personal data may be transferred outside your own country, including to jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own.

Who else we share with

• Payment providers, to take payment securely.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Our web hosting and security providers, who store the site and protect it from attack.
• Analytics providers, if enabled, to understand how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your basket working, remember you if you log in, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the shop may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account. Enquiries are kept while they are relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@oneartsource.com. We may need to verify your identity first. Note that we cannot delete information we are legally required to retain, such as completed order records.

Children

This shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
