The Red Tree
Mondrian painted this bare tree around 1908 to 1910, its branches spread in dark red against a flat blue sky. It is one of the steps between his early landscapes and the grids he became known for. It is in the Kunstmuseum Den Haag.We paint it by hand in oil after you order. You see a photo of the finished canvas and say yes before it is sent.
