About the museum
The museum's main building is the Mikhailovsky Palace. Its best known paintings include Ivan Aivazovsky's The Ninth Wave, a storm at sea at dawn, and Karl Bryullov's The Last Day of Pompeii. Ilya Repin's Barge Haulers on the Volga is also here, along with a large collection of Russian painting from the 18th and 19th centuries.
OneArtSource is not connected to the State Russian Museum. We paint reproductions of public domain works in its collection.
