Paintings from the Vatican Museums
The Vatican Museums hold the art collected by the popes over five centuries.

About the museum
The Pinacoteca, the picture gallery, holds Raphael's The Transfiguration, Caravaggio's The Entombment of Christ and Leonardo da Vinci's unfinished Saint Jerome in the Wilderness. The route through the museums also passes the Raphael Rooms, with The School of Athens, and ends in the Sistine Chapel, where Michelangelo painted The Creation of Adam on the ceiling.
OneArtSource is not connected to the Vatican Museums. We paint reproductions of public domain works in their collection.
